HOW WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE?
BOWLING TO U ships using UPS, FedEx and U.S Parcel Post. All of your products will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. If you order a product on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday your product will be shipped out on the next working day.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If you have a problem receiving any product that you ordered from BOWLING TO U send us an Email or CONTACT US and we will provide you with a tracking number or status of your product.
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
All orders at BOWLING TO U will be processed within 24 hours from the time that you ordered it, and will be shipped on the next working day.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ?
An order may be cancelled at anytime before it has been shipped from BOWLING TO U. You must CONTACT US and simply cancel the order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All returned item must be unused, un-drilled and in the same condition that it was shipped. All returns or exchanges must include a copy of the original shipping order. Returns must be made within 15 days from the day that it was received, and must include any packaging, tags or plastics bags. Please CONTACT US first by Email or Phone US before returning or exchanging any item from BOWLING TO U. If there is an error in your order BOWLING TO U will pay the shipping charges. BOWLING TO U can not be responsible if you order the wrong size, color or weight. If the returned product was not the fault of BOWLING TO U you must pay the shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. Only after an item has been returned and been received, inspected and determined to be in satisfactory condition will any refund or exchange be made.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON BOWLING SHOES?
Please make sure when trying on your new bowling shoes, they are done so on a clean and dry surface. Any dirt or marking on the tops or bottom of the shoes will make them un-returnable. All shoes that are returned must be within 15 days of receiving them. We are not responsible for incorrect size orders. If you are unsure of your shoe size please go to your local pro shop and try a similar pair on for size. If BOWLING TO U made an error in your shoe order we will pay all shipping charges. You be responsible for shipping for any returned or exchanged item that was your error.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON BOWLING BALLS?
BOWLING TO U can not be responsible if you order the wrong weight or kind of bowling ball. If you must return a bowling ball it must be un-drilled, unmarked and unused in its original bow with all drilling instructions, warranty cards or coupons and in the bag that it came in. Any bowling ball that is returned must be within 15 day of receiving it. Ball weights can vary, a 16LB bowling ball can weigh from 15.5LBS to 16.2LBS. A 15LB bowling ball can weigh from 14.5LBS to 15.49LB. Color patterns and swirl patterns are not the same from ball to ball, so if your balls’ color is different from the picture it is normal.
WHAT IF I NEED A SPECIFIC PIN PLACEMENT OR TOP WEIGHT ON A BOWLING BALL?
If you would like to order a specific pin placement or top weight of a bowling ball you may CONTACT US by Email or phone us and we will do everything that is possible to make your order.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
It would be unlikely that a product you ordered is out of stock, but if it is we will Email you and let you make the decision if you like us to back-order your product.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING WEIGHTS?
BOWLING TO U uses a standard method for shipping weights
Bowling Balls – All bowling balls regardless of weight will be shipped with a 16 pound weight.
Bowling Bags –
1 ball tote 6 pounds
2 ball totes 8 pounds
1 ball roller 10 pounds
2 ball roller 15 pounds
3 ball roller 20 pounds
4 ball roller 25 pounds
6 Ball roller 35 pounds (oversized shipping charges will apply).
Bowling Shoes – there is a 5 pound shipping weight on all bowling shoes.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
All items are covered by the original manufacturers’ warranties. See there terms and conditions before returning any merchandise to BOWLING TO U.
